Hello,

I was granted asylum in january this year when we need aplied for a green card?

--- i need to complite the I-485 for for green card and i need help,im married but my soccial security have my maiden last name but i wanna so my green card will have my husbands last name what i need to do????????

----the same on part 1 where is write "section of law " what i need to mark if i was granted asylum
----also on:country chargeable and on eligibility under sec 245

---- and also when i was granted asylum my husband get the asylum automaticaly,for a green card he need to aplied also??????

You can attach your marriage certificate to show the name change from maiden name to married name.

I need help for complete my green card paper work. Can u write in order what i need to have in my envelope when i will send them i was granted asylum and also my husband get the asylum status also like my spouses what kind of paper work he need to complite for green card
