  • I-485 too fast?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and, first of all, I wanted to thank everyone for the shared information.
They were very useful for me to build my path to the Green Card.

I'm applying for the GC as husband of an American Citizen. My wife became an American last September (N600), because her mother who was born in NY.

So, last February, 8th, I sent all the documents to begin my journey towards the GC. I sent I-485, I-765, I-131 and I-130.

After that, this is my path:

    - Paper Sent: 02/08/2019 (priority date)
    - Form 797C (for all 4 documents) received: 02/14/2019
    - Biometric appointment done: 03/08/2019
    - Notification for "interview has been scheduled", but mail not received yet: 03/14/2019

in theory, my interview should be scheduled within 4/6 weeks and, always speaking in theory, I should be approved for GC in less than 90 days and before EAD or AD.
it something possible to happen or I do have to expect some other "surprise" ??

my I-485's office is in Raleigh, NC.

    Any other similar experience?
    Thanks

I trust you are aware that there is a processing time published in the uscis.gov website here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
I am unsure where you derived the expectations about your interview schedule. Anyhow, click the link I provided to get a more realistic expectation.
Personally I know of NYC filers who got an interview schedule and got approved for a GC 9 months after post date/receipt dates, and they're the fastest I know of doing AOS by marriage.
    Hope this helps.

I read someone that got GC at exactly 3 months from sending I-485 and other less than 4 months.
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

My i485 was adjudicated at the Raleigh FO and it took about 94 days in total.
