Can I submit I-693 After submitting I-485 and before Interview

Hi All,

We have submitted Green card application for my husband back in March 2017 and in March 2018 we have submitted I-485,I-765,I-864 and I-131. My husband got EAD in Aug 2018 and now our Priority date is approaching it in Visa Bulletin, I wanted to send my husband's medical I-693 before our interview comes so that we do not have to wait for after our green card interview. Can I send I-693 before Green Card interview? Will it cause any problems?

Usually they send a courtesy letter saying: "bring I-693 sealed in an envelope to your interview, do not send the document"

Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
