Hi,
we had our interview in Oct -2018 for I-485 after which it was transferred to TSC saying our PD was not current .though our PD has become current next month after the interview .
We reached out to our congressman to which USCIS responded that they will provide an update in 45 days . However 45 days crossed , no updates from USCIS . Our FO does not allow Infopass appointments anymore. I am thinking of reaching out to senator as well to see if we get our case updated . What you guys suggest? Is it ok to reach out to senators as well for the same case when we already approached for our congressman once.
The visa numbers for our category and country might retrogress again. Extremely frustrated. Please help.
