Hi immihelp,

I have a question My brother applied for his green card on May 2002.
Until now he has not got his green card yet. He is in EID status for
more than 4 years now. He got married in India and wanted to bring his
wife to US. Is there any dependend Visa which we can apply for her?
What is V Visa will my brother and his wife will be eligible for that?

If he is not on H1 or L1 visa, but on EAD, he can not get dependent visa for
wife.

She will have to wait in India. He can apply for following to join benefits.
She will go through consular processing there and get immigrant visa.
