My son is studying and in a different city than mine. We all except him get i-693 OK with Chest X ray as skin test shows positive and shot record complete.
My copy says
Part 2.A.4. TB...No class A or Class B TB
Part 2.D.5: Vaccination: Vaccine history complete for each vaccine, all requirements met.
My sons being in a different city went to a different doctor.
Everything is fine shot record is complete and chest X ray is clear but the office provided report as
Part 2.A.4. TB...Class B Latent TB infection.
Part 2.D.5: Vaccination: Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) as indicated above.
On talking to nurse on phone she says she did correct. As the applicant is in US for only 4 years 11 months and not completed 5 years she needs to write this for TB.
For shot record she said the applicant needs shot in future that’s why she wrote like this.
If she is correct do i need additional form for waiver?
Is that correct or I need to go to a different doctor.
