1st October 2019 Ombudsman informed “Thank you for contacting the Ombudsman’s Office. We have reviewed your request for case assistance and found that USCIS recently mailed




2nd October 2019 received email that EID card mailed

5th October 2019 Card received

6th October 2019 EID card received

June 21st - mailed AOS packet : I-485, I-130, I-131(AP) , I-765 EAD
July 1st- USCIS received packet. Got 4 notice letters in mail
Priority Date: June 25th
Transferred to NBC
July 23rd - Biometrics appt
July 25th -fingerprints received
...120 so days .....then
Nov. 4th- received RFE in mail for Birth Certificate in English translation
Nov. 5th- sent back evidence -express mail
Nov. 6th- USCIS received evidence

Anybody in similar situation or advice?????????

...I guess..let the waiting game continue...........

Day 119 since filing. Day 95 after biometrics. No news whatsoever. Not sure what to make of this. It’s like I’m being kept in the dark

NBC is super slow! when can we file a request for expediting the application? or when should i call the helpline?
