dear sir/madam,

I am on visitor visa and entered usa on 28 th of october 2009. I am planing to marry in usa on march 4, 2010 . So, lets assume that i will put file for EAD and green card on march 15. EAD will come around 60-90 days and my visa expires on april 28,2010. So, Can I stay legally in USA even if my visa expires and will waiting for EAD? hoping for ur reply. so we can proceed. thanks a lot. Have a nice weekend.

As long as you have filed for I-485 (Adjustment of Status) before your authorized duration expires as per I-94 form, you can stay in the US legally.
