Biometrics is just a simple process. As long as you have your appointment sheet, and passport/valid ID. There should not be any complications.10/26/2018 - PD

Sharing my experience. Despite our Field Office stating on their website that no walk-in requests are accepted, we decided to give it a try. Our initial appointment would require us to wake our kid up etc. We showed our appointment notices and got through as part of a regular queue. Jacksonville, FL ASC.3/3/19 - filed

I had an issue with my ID (passport and DL) because I have two last names and the appointment sheet only had my first last name. Before the biometrics, they sent me to see an officer, and she was nice, asking me for my marriage certificate (good thing i listen to my husband and brought everything) and then she was asking me casual questions about my wedding and such. After that she approve that the paper did not have both last names and the biometrics where done.Married to USC West Palm Beach
