Where do get past records of Green-card Application

I am a US citizen ...just recently married - My spouse is Brazilian. We are in the process of filling out the I-485. I was married many years ago (1992) to a Canadian whom we filled out the Green-card paperwork and he was granted a Green-card . Anyway, we divorced in 1996 . On my current application I-485 they asked if I have ever in the past sponsored a relative for Green-Card. I answered truthfully, Yes , however they are asking for the exact dates of when it was filed, etc... Unfortunately my ex husband passed away back in 1997 and I have no way to get the exact dates of when we filed or any original paperwork . Can anyone please assist me with how I can obtain the dates. I do not think I need a duplicate record , only the dates. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
