Hello - I have my L1A petition valid till Oct-2020 and 7 years ending on Mar 2021. My employer is planning to initiate GC by June 2019. Please advise me the process.
If form 1-140 gets approved, can I continue staying in US?
Can I start I-485 immediately after I-140 approval?
After I-140 approval, if I go back to India and come back US with new L1A visa, whether already approved I-140 is still valid--> can I start I-485 directly with new L1A visa?
