I am a k1 visa holder.i am now applying for my green card.Should i listed my 14 years old son and my 21 years old daughter as derivative applicant on my i 130 form.

Why do you need I-130? If you married within 90 days of entering on K1, you can file I-485 directly, without needing I-130.
