Finger printing/Biometrics appointments for one I-485 application ?

Hello,

After initially filing I-485, I got FP appointment for photo, signature and 10 fingerprints.
Will I get another FP appointment notice ? When is it likely ?
How many times do you get fingerprinted for one I-485 application ?
Is there a validity date for FP ?

My wife, so far has had to do biometrics twice for fingerprinting.

Something went wrong with the first set /shrug

My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
Conditional GreenCard has been received.
