Interview was this Tuesday. Everything went smooth for the most part. Officer was not aware of new I-693 guidelines so she said she would check with supervisor before making a decision. I-130 was approved that same day but I-485 status changed from "Interview Scheduled" to "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed". For those who went through the same stage, how long did you wait for it to change to the decision status (Approved/Denied/Card is being Produced)?

Our interview was 03/21 and on 03/25 we received an update saying a new card was being produced. so roughly 2 business days.

Man, I thought they would be approved at the same time, since they are both on the same pile of files and they go together. Things just don't make much sense.

How did your I-130 looked like prior to the interview? When I check mine it says - We received your case and so on... was yours the same?

When I called the Level 2, he said the-130 has to be approved first before the I-485. So I opened a service request. Not sure if possible for the i-485 be waiting for the I-130 and the I-130 is stuck somewhere, during the interview they never mentioned anything wrong with my application however. I filed them concurrently. I'm all confused

My medical is from August 2017 so almost 2 years. The officer was CLUELESS about the new guidelines. She said it was expired first but then i explained to her that the rules were updated last November. I brought a print out from the USCIS website explaining the new rules. I even HIGHLIGHTED the tablet and important portions. She kept my medical and said she would "speak to her supervisor". Stil waiting..
