I 485 Interview @ Tampa Field office

I had an interview today after the interviewing officer gave me a document that my case is still under review. Is it a common procedure? Can someone share their experience?

From what I read it is common. Some people get approved on the spot and some stay under review for a while, it could be days, weeks and in rare cases a few months.

It looks like this is normal..

I have had my interview in Oakland Park, FL back in January 28th. I received the same letter, still waiting... have heard other people as well.

I have had 3 friends who did the interview after me on the same office and they were all approved on the spot or 1-2 days later.
