Insurance card has my wife name only

Hello friends

I have question regarding presenting my bonafide marriage evidence.
my wife works at the hospital and she got insurance from the hospital insurance lander, but she is primary person on policy so policy has only her name on policy and on card. they said i will be covered in this policy too I dont need my name on it. So can I still submit this policy as my marriage evidence or I need my name on it for sure ?? Please give me advice.

Usually you can have online access to the insurance company and you can download a letter with all the names included, maybe you can download that and print that with a copy of the policy/card. At least on our insurance we can download a document with all the family included (both parents and child).
