help with i485 and i-130

hello,

me and my husband are about to file my AOS paperwork and just have some questions on form, any help is appreciated

i-485 is asking for date of last arrival and non immigrant visa #-- (i came here with a visitor visa and was inspected at the bridge .. is the last day of arrival the day that i last crossed into us?? and non immigrant visa # the number on my visitor visa??

hey i forgot to mention i live in a border city so my visitor visa is pretty much a border crossing card--so i last day of arrival the last day that i crossed into US at the bridge ? an I-94 is not given to us only when we get permit to travel outside of border city ... should i put last day i crossed?
