  • LA Filers: Walk-in Biometrics at USCIS Wilshire?

I finally received my biometrics appt letter on Friday but the date isn't until April 12. Since I'd really like to keep things moving along - I'm thinking of trying to walk-in tomorrow at USCIS but worried that they'll turn me away. I did some searches and seemed like some people had luck there but thought I'd ask if any LA filers tried it? I'd rather not wait b/c I'm really desperate to get my combo card and just want to keep everything moving forward.

    Thanks everyone!

Did a walk-in at the La Brea office and it worked (showed up as soon as it opened). Couldn't do original date due to being out of the country. However, getting it done earlier doesn't appear to have had any impact on speeding up the approval process, so I'm not sure it's worth the bother if you can make your original appointment.

Thanks for the feedback. I completed the walk-in but I had to really plead my case to allow it. Thankfully they helped me out.
