Retrogression for EB1C India?

Can somebody confirm if retrogression has occurred for EB1C India this year? I see that final action date has not moved from last month bulletin to this month's. Not sure what this means.

Also, does retrogression mean that EAD/AP renewals will also be stopped till new FYear? Or is it just for AOS?

No retrogression yet, but as you mentioned no movement from March 2019 to April 2019, so it may stay without movement or even have some retrogression in the future.

EAD/AP renewals should be not affected for changes in Final Action Dates. It only means that instead of AOS in the near future, you will need to renew EAD/AP and wait longer for GC.
