Address Change DL

Hi All,

I and my husband moved to a different apartment in Illinois state. Since Illinois states allow to change the address online, I and my husband changed the address online. Now the physical DL has an old address, should I go and update the new address just ahead of our green card interview or they should be able to get the latest address since we have changed address online and not updated in physical DL?

During our interview we provided our passports as identification and did not give the officer our IDs. Reason being, we moved from Michigan to Georgia about a year and a half ago and never changed our licenses because we will only be here a couple of years and for some other reasons.

So we only provided passports to avoid having that conversation. If you're worried, just go get it changed. I think alot of states just put a sticker with the new address on it if you move within the state.
