Need Help with some basic questions

I am on F1(student status) right now in US and my finance is a US citizen and she is going 2 school 2. We are getting married very soon and then we are planning to apply for my Green Card. I have 2 basic questions if somebody can help us with that.

1. For the interview, you need a lot of supporting documents and among which is the rental lease agreement with both of our names on it. We Kinda live together but both of us also have our own separate lease till August. Do you think we can't apply for my Green card unless we have a joint lease?

2. Since she goes to school and she gets scholarship because her sponsor is i guess her dad who doesn't make that much. Do you think after she gets married is gonna effect her scholarship in any way?

I would really appreciate if somebody can put some light on any of the two questions.

Any idea what time after submitting the forms USCIS ppl usually comes to your home for inspection?

Is the inspection takes place after the first interview which is after 6months?

I am just confused because we have our separate leases and even if we find a joint lease then we will have two leases...i dont know how this is gonna effect us.

But will really appreciate if somebody can tell us more about it..

It doesn't matter if you two have your own lease. You and your spouse should live in one residence.
