Hi Friends,
I and my family had our AOS interview on 20th Mar 2019. I am EB1C - India with PD as Oct-2017. The interview was straight forward and ended up with officer saying everthing looks good however he explained about retrogression for India and said that we will send our file back to NBC and when your PD is current they will issue GC. My questions are as follows:
1) Eventhough I thought the interview went quite well, my online status changed to "Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed". I am wondering what does this mean and how much time does it take for the file to get transferred to NBC?
2) will my status continue to remain as above until the PD becomes current or is there any other status change between now and receipt of GC?
