sharing my timeline:
NOV, 15th 2018: NOAs received for I-485, 130, 131
NOV, 20th 2018: I-765 rejected because improperly filed
DEC, 12th 2018: Biometrics done
JAN 9th, 2019: NOAs for new I-765
MAR 15th, 2019: NAME WAS UPDATED (change of lawyer, the second I-765 was submitted by different one) in I-765
APR 9th, 2019 : NOID for I-130, we are currently collecting evidences to support our bona fide marriage. The NOID was probably raised by the fact that my husband was previously a beneficiary for visa, due to his previous marriage and that we did not submit evidences at first
APR 15th, 2019: Fingerprints were reviewed for I-131
Now, will the NOID delay I-131 approval?
Why they update my case with fingerprints were reviewed just now? Does it mean they are processing it?
And will my I-765 be processed separately form I-131?
I tried to ask these questions to the customer service, but obviously they were not able to tell me much.
If anyone had similar experiences (rejections, NOID, similar updates in case status), please feel free to share them
