I got an update on Saturday:
04/24/2019 Application sent to Chicago
04/30/2019 Application received by USCIS
05/04/2019 Received NOAs in the mail
05/12/2019 Received biometrics appointment letter
05/22/2019 Biometrics appointment
06/22/2019 Notification that RFIE has been mailed
06/28/2019 RFIE received (request for new i-864 and i-130a (forgot to send it!))
07/25/2019 We received your response for Form I-485
10/18/2019 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
I don't know how long until my interview is scheduled. I will call and ask about the following but I'd like your opinion as well:
Since I sent the i-864 back, my household size grew by one (my daughter was born and she's a US citizen like her mom), my income increased and my wife is now self-employed (she wasn't working because of the pregnancy). Should I submit a new i-864? Should I wait and take a new one to the interview?
