EAD and H1..Please help asap

Hi,

I am on H 1b visa and its expiring on june 30, 2010. I have filed AOS I 485 AND i 130 on basis of marrige to USC. So if i get my EAD before my H1 expires, can I work on EAD? Or do i need to renew my H1 b untill I get green card in hand. I alraedy am getting new job offer starting from 1 st July but I want to know about this issue.

If yours is a bona fide marriage, feel strong that you will be married to your spouse indefinitely, then you should be okay with EAD. However, if the G.C. is denied or if you are no longer married in the immediate future, you will no longer have any status and must leave the country where as if you keep your dual intent of maintaining a non immigrant H-1B, will give you a backup status.

What do u mean by bona fide marriage? I got married in india and i have marriage certificate issued by government...

So if i get EAD before my H1B expires, Can I stay here and work here even without renewing my H1 B..
