    EAD AND AP is it possible!!!!

    Hi all

    I am on H1 and my perm approved on EB3 preference (instead of EB 2 attorney did in EB3), WITH PRIORITY DATE MAY 05 2009.
    Is it possible to get EAD for my dependent wife and Can we travel to Inida on Advance payroll?

    Please suggest if u can
