I want toknow of I'm out of status
My OPT expired last Feb 12 but I got married and applied for gc and my rd is January 10.

If you got married with USC and applied for GC before OPT expired you don't have to worry about being out of status.
If I were you, I will take the NOA for I-485 and go to your international student office so they can close your student file. If they don't know that you changed visa, status or your status is pending, they may need to report you as out of status even if you are not.
Note: I don't have experience about this, just from what I read what makes sense to me.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
