My mom birth certificate doesn

Hi
I applied concurrent forms for my mom last October and yesterday I received RFE asking for evidence
my mom birth certificate doesn't show her last name,
what kind of documents can help?

There are some countries that can give a different birth certificate with the last name(s) while the original record only show the name because the last names are from the listed parents. Is that an option for you?

Do you have a consulate near you from where your mother born? maybe they can help you get a document that could satisfy the RFE.
