Our case is EB1 , PD Jul-1-2016. We had our interview in Oct-31-2018 after which it was transferred back to TSC saying case is retrogressed. We became current next month itself though.
Today when we called back the customer service and talked to L2 officer, he told that case was transferred back to Field office again. We did not get any notice or update on the case though. Can someone throw some light on why it could have been transferred back to Field Office?
