Hi guys, finally my date for filing 485 is coming! But I am in a tight spot now because when I was studying in college with my F1 visa, I made a stupid mistake and cause my F1 terminated. I applied for reinstatement and had it reinstated after about 4 months. I've noticed that in 485 form there are a lot of questions regarding previous violations of immigration laws. Does my lapse count toward any kind of violation? If so, where and how should I address it ? Thank you so much guys!
