Rejection. need asap

Hi,

I submitted my 483, 130 AND 765 all together on 21 february, Today I received a letter saying that rejection notice. the reasone is

" recently, you submitte an application for immigtration benefits, That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application , or the incorrect fee was submitted.Your check is beiong returnd to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required at this time. Please comply with any other reject notice you may receive."[/B]
with this they sent me a check back for 340$ which i sent for I 765. Rite now i am on H1 b. Wht am i suppose to do now. they deposited the check for 355$ for I 130 and 1010$ for I 485. should i go ahead and submit another 765 or should i just wait.

I765 is included in the I485 Fee

You did over pay, when you pay for the I485 and Biometric ($1010) the fee for the I765 and I131(if you choose to apply for that) is included.

you over paid...like said earlier. however, did they send back your form I-765 or retained it.. if so no problem, but it is always included... if they did, you can always apply for I-765 at a later date, and you would not need to pay for it... if you have the recept for $1010 and their decision...

I am not a lawyer... but this I gathered from the USCIS site and all...

thanks for the reply guys.. ireally appreciate it...they didnt send me the I 765..they sent me only check with rejection notice...but however today i received the received notice for both 485 n 765..so now the wait game begins..thanks you guys again.
