Documents for the Interview Lease Agreement
Hi,
We got married on 15thaugust 2010 and we were not able to file the AOS because of financial reasons and we took it very lightly and never made an effort to start getting evidence for the marriage(opening bank accounts,memberships,insurance because it would cost more if i was on the policy too) I go to school and my wife who is a USC had to quit her job to move over here to stay with me so that i could continue going to school and maintain my status but we managed to get through and save some money and we were finally able to file the papers with a lawyer around 1st february.
I have an appointment for the fingerprints to be taken this month
I am sure these questions are very common and must have been repeated several times but its just that now i started to realize that the interview is coming.
Questions are as following:-
1)We do not have a lease agreement for our apartment as it is in somebody else name but we have subleased it from him and we have been paying rent to the landlord so will a sublease agreement suffice for the lease agreement?
2)How many accounts should one have to provide sufficient evidence as we have just one together so i was wondering if need to open more?
3)How many pictures are required except the ones from the ceremony i am asking this because we do not have many pics from the ceremony as it was a very small ceremony in vegas and only one freind attended and this was also a part of our quest to save money and we were not able to go on many vacations after that too as i was a student and my wife was unemployed and looking for job everyday and vacation was last thing we had on our mind but we are planning to have a bigger ceremony in my home country with little help from my parents?
4)Has anyone heard of initial interview bieng waived?
