my I765 process is taking almost 9 months. I inquired in february and they 've never answered me. I inquired again in march and same thing I have never heard back from them. In april I called immigration and the attendent made a service request and again I never had an answer. Did that happen to anybody else? Any help ? I believe my 485 is running well cause I got a notice " ready to be schedule for interview" in september, so hopefully this delay is not going to affect my 485

If you had no change I would be contacting them via the phone. Looks like ur application maybe lost. It should at least be ready to schedule an interview. What area office r uGC applied due to marriage to a USC, live in SFO
October 24th 2018. - case received at NBC
november 21st - fingerprints taken
march 11th - case ready to schedule interview. Still saying fee for finger prints received
may 7th - I notified USCIS that my EAD and AP are out side normal processing times. (No reply)
june 12th - expatiated my case due to needing to travel home to my sisters wedding
june 13- new card in productionComment

the proces run separatly. My i485 is ready to be schedule for interview since september, which is fine cause Santa Ana office is taking 14 months for the interview. The problem is i765 which is suppost to be done in 4,5 or 6 months and mine is taking 9 months. I called them a lot of times, I inquired 3 times but never heard back. I called last time this week and asked to transfer to 2 representative I talked to the immigration office who told me to wait like 2 weeks and call againComment
