Forgot to sign form G1450

they will reject you and send a i797 notice of action, wait until you get package back bc they put a green paper sheet and say you have to add it to your new package, you can send all the same, that is what happened to me and it cause me a 3 weeks delayed overall

Hi akki1, I am kind of in the same situation as you were. I shipped all the Application package and supporting documents but just realized that I did not sign the G-1450 form (Credit card authorization form) for the payment. Based on your posts, it looks like you got lucky because they did not reject the application for lack of signatures on G-1450. I am hoping I get lucky as well in this situation. I was curious if you had to reach out to the bank that issued your credit cards giving them a heads-up about you authorizing the USCIS payments for $535 and $ 1225?

Do any body know that if we can send a new package before they send back our Old package? Is there any possibility that we can save the time?
I forget to sign the credit card form. I am not sure they will charge it i will be that much lucky or not

I dont think so, because only Lockboxes are charging through Credit cars as far my knowledge
