  • EB1 October 2018 Filers

    Hi All,
Has anyone who submitted GC Applications in October 2018, has received any update AOS Interview date by now?
Received EAD and AP - but no update for AOS till now.
Or what is the basis of these interview date selections - Priority Dates? But there are few of my friends whose PDs are later than mine, but they are done with their interview (I think).

    Thanks...

Has anyone from EB1 (October 2018 filers or filed any nearby time) category faced AOS Interview recently?
Any information from that experience would help us.

I haven't read EB1 AOS interview posts in the forum.
Do you have a date or still waiting?
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

I got a Courtesy Letter for I-693 from them. Will do the medical again.

I had the EB1 Interview for AOS last month in SFO.

Experience was very good. The Interview Officer was very nice.

I reached there before 1 hour. So they told me after security check I have to wait in the interview area since they will not allow me before 30 mins of the scheduled time.
Just before 30 mins or so, I was allowed to visit the desk from where they were assigning the token numbers.
After getting the token number, came back to the waiting area again.
After some time (around 35 or 40 mins), the Interview Officer called out the token number.

IO asked me to take the oath to say the truth, which I did.
Then IO asked for my birth certificate, passport.
Asked my last date of entry to US. As there was a change in the dates than what was mentioned in the submitted forms, so IO asked to provide the latest I-94 form.
Have asked for my employment letter and latest pay stubs.
I told I have a latest Supplement J, to which IO said it is not required, as they already have it.
The IO did not want to see my EAD card.

Altogether around 15 minutes of time. It was good experience.

            Thanks.
