Hi, my brother is F1 student I the U.S. , doing adjustment of status via sibling sponsor (f4). He submitted I-485 in Jan, 2019, got fingerprint complete. He will graduate in August 2019. He's waiting for EAD. Should he apply EAD visa OPT optical training also? Is he o.k. to wait in the US pending I-485 like married cases or he has to maintain his F-1, OPT status? Any of you in similar situation? Thank you so much.

Yes, im F1 student also, and he can wait his ead while i485 pending, no need to apply opt because the time waiting is the same, no need to maintain f1 status.Originally posted by Apt01 View PostF2B

7/30: request I765 case out of normal processing time start at SR...
8/29: call and officer request another service start at T1B...
9/5: received email card production
