A year ago from today, I was going to the lawyer with my wife to file my papers. On our way back i had gotten arrested because my visa was expired mind you i was with my wife which was an US citizen. They arrested me and took me in jail I was in there for like a month I got out with a bond and they also gave me another court date but before the court date I had an approved letter from them. But there was two letters one was the I130 and the other one was was about how my fingerprint fees were received.and I also got another individual court on December. I would like you to comment and tell me what you think . Thank you .

So did you receive an I-130 approval notice? Or just an I-130 receipt? If your I-130 has been approved, you should file I-485 with the immigration judge in immigration court. Your lawyer should be telling you how to proceed.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Agree with newacct, your lawyer should be advising you on this as this is not a DIY case. Sorry that this happened to you and hoping for the best.
I'm just curious, how did the police encounter happen. Were the two of you in an accident, random traffic stop?2019/02/27 PD
