Thank you so much immihelp for all the help on this site. My husband is a US citizen and I am on F1 visa. We have been married for 3 years and have a wonderful 2 year old daughter and another one on the way. I recently applied for adjustment of status, and I must say this site was very helpful as far as the application was concerned. I mailed the application on January 11th, was supposed to do my biometrics on Febraury 17th but the machine was not working in Oklahoma city so I only did it yesterday. I am sure everything will go well and I will keep y'all posted about my experiences.Thanks again for your help.

Interview coming soon - need help asap!

I just got an appointment for the interview which will be sometime next month. The issue I am having is that when my husband filed for me, he was not making alot of money and so we had to get a co-sponsor. Now the co-sponsor informed us that he would like to sponsor someone else too. I am a bit concerned because I don't know how this will affect my interview. I already have the work permit.

The second question is that because of my husband's employment issue, I had to get on WIC and also state medical insurance for my two year old daughter, who is a US citizen. Is this gonna affect my application in any way? Please advise.
