Hi ,
I have posted before for my case as well. I need help or maybe someone else is in the same situation.
PD : October 25 , 2016
first interview: September 2017 rescheduled because no interpreter available.
second interview August 9, 2018
the status says : case is under review
our interview was a stock review but they didn’t separate us. It went for about 1 hour. Everything went fine , IO said that the case will go for review since will be a 10 year green card. Since August we still waiting for an answer. I sent a inquiry and today I received an email.
They saying in the email that my case will be scheduled for a second interview as soon as a date is available. Does anyone know how accurate is the information they sent? I had a second interview already. I called and the representative said that might be a mistake but I am transferring you to a level 2 officer. There was no wait option , I had to leave my Number and name for them to call back , and now as I am writing I am still waiting for them to call.
What do you guys think is this a mistake or they might want us to go again for another interview. Pls help. I just want this wait to be over.

I guess they don't count the first interview. I have read a few cases where a second interview is scheduled. If this was my case I'll keep calling until I talk with L2 officer.
Your case is marriage to USC, right?

Update : level 2 officer called and he said that the case is not updated internally since August 2018. He said that might be a mistake.he said: I have to wait and be patient because the officer might have many cases.
I just hope this is true .
