Marriage based I485 interview set for May 30th! Please evaluate my evidence!

After nearly 23 months we finally have our Green Card interview! I am a USC sponsoring my foreign spouse. At the interview, we are going to present the IO with a binder of evidence for their keeping to evaluate the merits of our case. Please see our list of evidence below. Is it strong enough? Should I bring anything else? Appreciate any advice!

-Three notarized letters attesting to the truth of our marriage, one each from my mother, my friend, and my boss.

Financial docs:

• 2 months of bank statements showing both our names;
• Joint tax returns from 2018 and 2017; and
• Pay stubs

Documents proving cohabitation:

• Original apartment lease and lease renewal;
• 2 months of joint cell phone bills;
• 2 months of gas bill with both our names;
• 12 months of rent payment statements and receipts;
• A thank you card addressed to us both after attending my cousin’s wedding; and
• Photos of us together alone, with friends, with family, with our dogs

-Marriage certificate;
-All IDs;
-All letters we’ve received from USCIS;
-USCIS Medical exam record; and
-Health insurance record showing the two of us in a joint policy

How long have you been married and how long have you lived tighter? You only have last 2 months statements and etc. thats why I ask. If you have been togehter longer its good to take 6 months to a year! I mean you have joint tax returns for 2 years but only provide the rest of the proof for last 2 months.
