Can I mail I-485 before month of eligibility?

Since USCIS publishes next month's eligibility (my priority date will be current in June), can I mail it out in May, or should wait till June 1?
Just wondering how it works, by stamped time, or they don't really care, anybody encountered this before? Thanks!

You should wait until June 1. If it is received in May, it will be rejected.

I suggest you send around 10-15 in June, it would be better, last time I sent at the first week of month like 5-7, I got rejected because of my PD is not current, I don't know why they sent back to me whole package, then I sent again on 28 Feb and got accepted ><
