I'm a little confuse whether my income satisfies the 125% federal poverty line.
I make $60,000 before taxes, so do I at least meet the 125% federal poverty line? Thanks.

Sorry I didn't answer your question properly. I am sponsoring my wife who is a Japanese citizen. This is my situation.

I am a U.S. citizen by birth.
I married my Japanese wife this past October in NY.
We live together in NY.
We are preparing to file documents to adjust her status.
We are filing 485, 130, 131, 325A, 693, and 765 concurrently.

I'm not sure whether I qualify to use 864EZ based on my $60,000 income. This is before taxes.

One last thing, she is currently in the US on an OPT visa, which expires this July. We are planing to have a wedding in NY and Japan in October of this year.
Is it necessary to submit a 131 form while her 485 form is pending?

Do I have to pay the fee for I-765 form when I'm filing concurrently with I-485?

This past weekend, I and my wife diligently prepared all the documentation for her AOS. Before I file the forms and supporting documents, I have a question.

I am currently trying to file I-130, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-764, and I-864EZ concurrently. Can I mail all these forms as one package to the USCIS address listed on the I-485 instructions?

Please advise.
