I spoke to someone today and it wasn’t easy. I read someone else’s comment and it told me not to press anything so that’s what I done. I continued to hold and let his run through the opinion. They started talking in Spanish to me so I don’t know what it wS saying. After 30-35 minutes someone answered. Didn’t do me much good hope u have better luck

Call the number then press 1 for English, next press 2 to check status. After that, press 2
if you can’t locate your receipt number and finally press 2 to speak with a representative. So the step is 1, 2, 2, 2. The only way to speak to a representative is to press 2 to indicate that you don’t know your receipt number.

I googled the exact same thing yesterday LOL

Press 1 for English, then chose the 'check your status' option and then the 'dont know case#' option. Be prepared for a long wait though...... I was on hold for 40 min.

When calling don't press anything let it talk the message at the beginning. It will think you are on a rotary phone. I will prompt you directly to talk to an agent. Sometimes it will be a Spanish speaking agent, but this is a lot easier than the other methods.
