USPS lost my new green card in the mail and now I am having to go through all this extra work to try to get a new one. Any advice? I filled out an I-90 already but they want me to do the biometrics AGAIN, and the notice says to bring my green card with me to the appointment. Too bad I have never seen the green card yet! Help! I was so close to the finish line...

Contact CIS Ombudsman, I don’t know how Ombudsman work with Green Card, but Ombudsman helped me get my EAD Replacement very fast. Show Ombudsman your receipt, approval letter, and you should have a letter from USPS Which indicates the mail was lost by them.
