My parents are in US on B2 visa. Their 6 months stay expires on March 22, 2010.
I have filled I-130 & I-485 concurrently for them on Jan 23, 2010 and USCIS received on 1st Feb, 2010. USCIA sent me application recept confirmation for I-130 & I-485.
Their biometric for I-485 finished on Feb 22, 2010. Still I've not received any further notice for I-130.
Do they can stay in US after March 22, or they have to go back ? -
