  • Status still pending after interview

I had my interview at the Atlanta field office April 11th 2019 and the interview was a smooth one, the officer gave a paper stating “your application has been recommended for approval. A final decision will be mailed once your case is complete”... April 18th went to my mailbox and I saw my I-130 approval notice... it’s been over a month now and no response and my status on the USCIS page still says “case is ready to be scheduled for an interview”... I called the call center on the 11th of May 2019 and the lady said I have to wait for 60 days to get anything if I was approved... I don’t know if I should be worried or just wait... please who had same situation thank you

You have to wait at least 120 days after the interview. If nothing change then make a case inquiry.

To be clear you got your I-130 approval which is AOS approval, I do not think there is any other approval at this point, you just need to receive a new card?
I would not rely too much on online site, is there a chance card got lost in the mail?

Nope. I-130 is usually approved first. I-485 is the one we need approved. Getting the I-485 approved gets you the GC.

So after the interview on the 11th of April, after getting the I-130 approval notice. My husband got a letter from Uscis Atlanta field office on the 22nd of May with INTENT TO REVOKE APPROVAL OF VISA PETITION. I am so sad, they said we had our ids done around the same time we received the letter and we didn’t have a lease contract for the period we were married, actually we rented a room from some couples and we couldn’t afford a place immediately after marriage and we were planning to move to our place just the next month April before we got the interview notice, we explained all these to the IO and my husband has a bad credit with almost all the banks and we can’t open a joint account. Got a lawyer and gave him the letters from the banks we have tried opening accounts with, our new lease the previous apartment’s bill which the owner allowed my husband to be the account holder for the gas. I’m just not happy and I pray GOD takes the wheels
