Hello,
My husband and I received a RFIE because the form that we had submitted was outdated. Originally when we filed in November, we had to use a joint sponsor because we didn't meet the poverty guidelines. However, we filed a joint tax return this year, and we are well over the poverty guidelines. I know that you can't combine incomes to meet the 125%, but I was looking over my W-2s, and realized that I had made over the 125%. Does this mean that I am still required to send in my joint sponsor's information even though I technically don't need it anymore?
Thank you!
