  • how to submit more evidence?

    Hi all,

We did submit some evidence (joint bank account, few pictures together) in the original packet. We are going to the biometrics appointment next week. We want to make the case stronger and would like to submit more evidences. What are the ways for me to do so?
    Thank you

My lawyer got me to ask a few family members and friends on both sides to write letters. Just 3 on each side. They just said who they where and how they new my husband etc. They also said if they attended the wedding. I also included photos of us with them.

I had also had rental agreement, insurance for cars with both our names on it, we have two kids so both our names on birth certs. I had letters from school, gas bills phone bills etc

I don't think you can submit more evidence now. You submit more evidence if they ask for it or bring it to the interview.

Yup either wait for the interview or piggyback on it when you get an RFE or RFIE request for something.

not related to this but you seem to have a strong case and prepare it very carefully. have u heard anything new about your case? is there any reason why it take so long for you to receive you combo card?
