  • Marriage based evidences Is our daughter birth certificate enough as a proof?

Hi I’ve been married to my USC hubby for a year and a half now. But have been living together for almost 4 years. All our lease during all these years have both our names. We have a daughter (2years old) . But the thing is we did not have a big wedding we live in a city where we don’t have no friend or family so we just went to the county to have a legal marriage. Therefore no picture was taken. Also since I overstayed my student visa we didn’t know if We could open a joint bank account so we did not.
The only evidence we have are our marriage certificate leases that has our names, our daughter birth certificate and pictures. Is this enough to proof our marriage.
Can I open a bank account overstaying even though I submitted my AOS already and while waiting for my EAD?

I think a kid is pretty good evidence we have two, a 7 year old and 3 year old with both our names on birth certificates. I personally don’t think we should even be interviewed lol we had problems getting a joint account but we got a credit card. Capital 1 if that helps. They put my name on the gas bill also but no one else would do it without a social security.
GC applied due to marriage to a USC, live in SFO
October 24th 2018. - case received at NBC
    november 21st - fingerprints taken
march 11th - case ready to schedule interview. Still saying fee for finger prints received
may 7th - I notified USCIS that my EAD and AP are out side normal processing times. (No reply)
june 12th - expatiated my case due to needing to travel home to my sisters wedding
june 13- new card in production

Thanks for your reply, would definitely love to skip the interview and all the stree that goes along with it lol.
Thanks a lot for the infos. I do have a social security I wonder if it would be enough to open a bank account. Will give a call to Capital 1 tomorrow. Thanks a lot and good luck

Initially I submitted a ton of evidence and then when we finally had our interview it was very tempting to just go there, show the ultrasound of the baby and do a mic drop.

for any other information you can gather. I'm sure you will be fine but more evidence would not hurt.
