  • AOS adult married daughter/son of USC in the us.

Hey guys, a question, Im a daughter/son of USC, adjusting within the US, entered with a B1/B2 visa.
overstayed it, many years passed since, until since i was brought as a child, i
qualified for daca and got a EAD
then my PD was up and then:

    sent package early nov 2018
    biometrics mid dec 2018
    approved EAD late may 2019
    received EAD late may 2019

now, my question is: Based on experiences on others like me. how long long did it take you for the AOS interview after receiving your EAD?
Also how was your experience? did you get the interview notice or was it waived?I have clean record graduated college with a bachelor's.

What did they request from you? what were the questions asked?

It'd be very much appreciated if somebody replied,

Thanks everyone and have a Good Day!

You say you are "adult". Were you over or under 21 at the time your parent petitioned you?

I was not, but there was no visa available, my dad wasn’t a usc yet, but I aged out, and had to wait on the visa bulletin.

So your dad became a US citizen after you turned 21? That would mean that you are not in the Immediate Relative category, which means you are not eligible for Adjustment of Status because you have been out of status.
